I’m Elsya, and I’m all about keeping things simple while appreciating the small moments that make life feel big.

I grew up in Bogor, a small town in West Java, Indonesia, surrounded by mountains and greenery. That environment shaped my curiosity, resilience, and love for exploring the world. It’s also where I learned to appreciate progress made step by step, not rushed, but consistent.

Over a decade ago, my professional journey began in Software Quality Assurance. I’ve worked across telco, ERP, and fast moving digital products, learning how systems work, how they break, and more importantly, how to build them better. QA taught me how to think critically, communicate clearly, and approach problems with structure and empathy.

Life hasn’t always been smooth sailing. I’ve faced setbacks, worked far from home, learned English by doing rather than from textbooks, and navigated unfamiliar environments. Those experiences shaped my resilience and pushed me to grow beyond my comfort zone.

Today, that quality mindset extends beyond software. I run a consulting business supporting clients in Australia and work closely within a logistics operation, applying the same principles of clarity, discipline, and continuous improvement to people, processes, and business growth.

Travel remains a big part of who I am. Living abroad and experiencing different cultures has given me new perspectives on work and life. Every place I’ve been has added a layer to how I see the world and how I approach what I build next.
