Bringing My Experience Home to Bali with DGIT International Pte Ltd
After my amazing time in Kuala Lumpur, I felt the pull to get closer to home. So, in August 2014, I was super excited to snag a position as a Senior Test Analyst at DGIT International Pte Ltd, right in the gorgeous setting of Bali, Indonesia. It wasn’t just a new job for me; it was a homecoming of sorts, bringing what I’d learned back to Indonesia while working for an Australian company diving into big telecom projects around the globe.
A Return to Kuala Lumpur: My Time at Exact Asia Development Center SDN BHD
After my adventure in Bali, I found myself heading back to Kuala Lumpur in June 2015. This time around, I joined the team at Exact Asia Development Center SDN BHD as a Quality Engineer – Level 4. It was a pretty big deal for me, stepping into a role with more responsibilities and loads of opportunities to really dive into quality engineering projects.
Stepping Up as QA Lead at Pactera Malaysia Inc.
In May 2017, things got really exciting on my career path when I hopped on board with Pactera Malaysia Inc. as a QA Lead. This was a big leap for me—my very first time at the helm of a team. Navigating through it all was a mix of challenging and thrilling, and I soaked up every bit of the learning experience.
Embracing Remote Work at Crossover
In August 2018, I made one of the boldest moves in my career. After spending years in the traditional office setting, I decided to shake things up and dive into remote work. Landing a gig with Crossover as a QA Manual Tester wasn’t just switching jobs; it was a whole new way of blending my work with my life. And get this – this was all before remote work became the big thing during the pandemic, so it felt like a huge leap into uncharted waters for me.
Finding My Place Back Home at Tabsquare
After spending a fantastic year mixing travel with remote work at Crossover, I started craving the structure of a traditional office again. So, in October 2019, I made the move to Tabsquare in Jakarta, taking on the role of Software QA Manager. Little did I guess that just around the corner, the world was about to change big time with the pandemic in March 2020, sending us all back to working from home. Funny how life works, right? But this time around, I was diving into deeper waters with even more responsibilities on my plate.
Continuing My Journey at Ice House Corp
In July 2021, I turned the page to a new chapter in my career adventure, jumping on board with Ice House Corp in Jakarta as a Lead Quality Analyst. This gig brought its own set of challenges and shiny new opportunities to level up my leadership game and help the QA team grow and thrive.
Full Circle Back to Tabsquare
In September 2022, it was like a homecoming for me as I found my way back to a place where I’d grown so much: Tabsquare Pte Ltd in Jakarta. But this time, I was coming back with a whole lot more experience under my belt, stepping in as a Software QA Lead. I was all set to sprinkle that extra bit of expertise and insight onto the team and projects that I had once been a part of shaping.
